Smoothie King

I posted this on my other email. But I will say it again. WHAT in the Gutt and Butt health is going on here??? Who made this Powermeal 32 smoothie? Ya need a raise!! I was not expecting that for real! It was my first time trying it and it sounded gross and I was looking for healthiest on the menu trying to be all healthy and stuff. But my first sip took me aback. Had to share with my co-works and all of them are like “WHAT!!” and I’m like “RIGHT” enough said

From the start the lady was unkind and rude through the drive through. She was impatient and sounded like she didn’t want to work there. Once I got to the window she completely ignored me and just told me to go wait across the street. A lady came out and handed me a bag , mind you I ordered an açaí bowl, she purposely had the bad upside down so when I received it, it fell out of the bag. Not only that but the açaí bowl itself was very watery - not even the consistency of a smoothie. I asked them to remake it and she accused me of the açaí bowl not being the one I ordered. Do better smoothie king.

This smoothie king is sooo slow . It felt like waiting in a food line . Then when I got to the window they didn’t even know what I ordered.

Rude and disrespectful, lady was screaming at me through the speaker for absolutely no reason what so ever. i was kindly asking for my order as i always do, when i was screamed and disrespected at. I left since i was scared that they were going to spit on my order with their behavior they had that day.. I don’t know how this place is still open nothing but rude people that just like to sit and talk to each other.. Why would a such big company hire people like this.. looks like they don’t even like their job. To be honest i felt like i was racially abused and attacked.. It’s sad what this world has come too.

This was my first time visiting a smoothie king and probably my last. One of the staff members therewas very rude and dismissive. My smoothie didnt taste like strawberries nor bananas AT ALL. It was just an overpowering peanut butter flavor. My açai bowl was ok in flavor, but it had the wrong fruits on it. Over all I hope other locations are more welcoming and offer a better customer service cuz this one didnt have it at all.

I come to this Smoothie King almost everyday because I work right next to it and I can tell in the last year there has been a MAJOR IMPROVEMENT.

The absolute worse. The male taking the order was extremely unpleasant- asking questions about the menu clearly frustrated him as he “couldn’t do” anything I asked for. I asked to speak to the manager and the experience got worse and more time consuming as she couldn’t scan my reward code and had a difficult time applying my discount. Attitude and professionalism should not reflect the area you’re in.
