They were closed when we got there even though they weren’t supposed to be closed for another 20 minutes.

I wish i can give 0 stars my mother went in today and she usually goes to this location all the time with no issues but today the young man working seemed to hate his job ? and was overly rude to her for no apparent reason at all . i would like a manager to reach out to me

Your staff kind of sucks. She was on the phone with a friend the entire time. Glared at me when I walked in. Super rude. 2/24 night shift

Arrived in the parking lot at 8:45p ready to get a smoothie before you close at 9p. Come to find out, as soon as we pull up, the employee turns off the lights and runs to the back. I will never go back to this Smoothie King.

Maybe you should change your closing time to 8PM. I always try to stop by after my workout and it’s always 1hr closed ahead of time. Even tonight. Arrived at 8:35pm and the door was locked. Employees saw us and kept cleaning.

Guy that opened 12/27. Did not open at 7am and didn’t even acknowledge me standing outside to even say he’s running behind or something

Three times in a row, terrible experience. My smoothie tastes like crushed ice, I could blend ice at home if that's what I want to have. The employee was too busy talking to her coworker or on her phone the entire time. Then, I proceeded to salvage my drink by adding ice and water. Well, the result shows. This is a second drink after she got my order wrong the first time.

This location is very convenient and close to home/work. I go to this location often, and a young lady (Only one that I have seen use glasses), is not friendly at all! I went in yesterday, (7/22/23-Saturday) and there was another young employee by HERSELF, who was very attentive/friendly taking care of orders and preparing everything on her own. While "Ms.Employee with Glasses" was sitting in the back on her cell phone. It is getting out of hand, because she is always on her phone instead of assisting. I will have to stop going to this location or just take my business elsewhere. Management needs to step up!
