Smoothie King

This place is horrible if I could give it no stars I would. I ordered my food and got it delivered. When I driver showed up I only received 2 out of my 3 items. One of my item they ran off and instead of contacting me to see what was best, they decided to give me a completely different item which the note attached that said “ We’re sorry “. When I called to get my refund because the item wasn’t in stock the lady on the phone was rude. She said they can’t give me my refund until I return the item that they gave me( that I didn’t want). I reiterated to her that this order was a delivery and I am not mobile or I would have. The only thing that she could do was write down my number for the manager(kash I think the name was) to call me back. Well I still haven’t received my call or refund.

Extremely rude manger for sure.

Made my order wrong and refused to remake it again the guy that was making the smoothies was very disrespectful

Out of the 5 times I've gone for a smoothie bowl. They've only made it once. Half the time this location will tell you "we do not have them made". A few times I went during open hours and no one was there or at least no one answered the drive through.

Strawberries were mushy (canned or something?) and blueberries were tiny- clearly not fresh fruit. Not worth the price- go to jamba juice instead.

Customer service is bad, this is the 2nd day that I have placed a mobile order and had to sit and wait 10-15mins after the time. Today I was told to pull up and the 3 ladies that were in there laughed and talked 10 mins before handing me my drink. The lady that handed me my drink didn't say anything. Handed it to me and closed the window.on top of poor customer service the smoothie is nasty!

930am on Saturday 9/16 and you're not open, update business hours or have staff show up on time!

If the hours of operation are 7 to 9 no one at the drive through was there the lights were off I was in line for 5 mins no response worker was sitting there

Workers was there but no one took my order ‍♂️ they just looked at me
