I'm so . I have been a long term customer. I constantly order the cocoa Acai bowl since they started. The pictures of the bowl are not what you get now. I reached out to Management and to my surprise was rude and unprofessional. There is inconsistency on how the products are made. Carly advised me that she cannot always at the location . This is just sad...

Customer service bad. No one was polite. Dirty uniforms. Time is 11:00 9/8/23 Just not a good experience there for me. Thumbs down

Great smoothies & protein shakes!

Savannah made the best smoothie and smoothie bowl and Jada was so kind. All the team and ingredients are always on point at this location. I always leave happy. Thank y'all.

Horrible management, won't be coming back here again, at least Dublin and New Albanys store has their management together.

Just I assume paying these prices they fill up the cup. But guess not. Sad from smoothie king to smoothie king it changes so much. New albany smoothie king is still the best.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past five years. They have new management and they were so rude. I asked for a 40 once split into 2 cups then they charged me as if I bought two 20 ounce. When I told them I come here often and they never charged me for 2 20 ounce they said if you don’t want the drinks then leave! Never coming here again. Bad management!
