Worst customer service ever! The ghetto white girl that sounds like she has a stuffy nose all the time is rude and very unpleasant. Called to ask about my pick up order and she cussed me out and hung up on me after telling me she was the nicest person I would ever meet. Definitely won't be going back. Who does that. I finally got to pick up my order a d it's the wrong order. I ask for a manager and it's the person that's hanging up on me and refusing to give me any answers over the phone! Why is this person in management??? Needless to say I am still without my smoothie I was given a strawberry one which I'm allergic and she tells me you get what u get ‍♀️ I swear I will never go back to this location in life. And I was told via the "worst manager ever" I didn't have enough black girl energy..... Where is corporate.... I'll take the $12.47 loss but I definitely won't be disrespected

The light skinned unattractive girl working right now has an attitude problem

This is the second time I've been here in the last 2 weeks and it takes them forever to make the smoothie and they neve taste right. I had them remake my smoothie both times, this last one tasted like water. I always get the same smoothie and typically go to the one in Gahanna so I know what it should taste and look like and it never is made right here.

I went here a while ago and someone who clearly worked there brought a cat into their place of work and the workers all pet it and then made my smoothie without washing their hands. It just seemed really unprofessional. The smoothie was okay, but I get really nervous about hygiene so it stressed me out the whole time.

It is a little pricey for fruit smoothies and tasted “healthy”. Surprisingly, they start serving açaí bowls. Tbh, it is like a specialized drink place for work out ppl with various high protein snacks and drinks. It is not tasty for me who don’t work out.

What’s the point of ordering ahead, when you get there your order is not ready and they make you wait 20 to 30 minutes while they make walking customers order. It’s ridiculous and stupid. Not coming back
