Smoothie King

I order from here a couple times a week and always have an absolutely delightful experience! The employees are incredibly friendly and attentive. What always impresses me the most is their attention to detail. My wife has a severe allergy and they always take the time to thoroughly wash everything and ensure that their preparation is safe. It's refreshing to see a place that cares so much about their customers' well-being. I'll definitely be coming back for more delicious smoothies and excellent service!

Their new açaí bowls are great but now they stopped making one of the ingredients which completely changes the flavor. They still continue to offer it on the menu. Will find another place.

Was disappointed that they didn’t advertise well that the Veteran’s Day deal this year was during a small window of time. They have always offered it throughout the entire day, and the websites mentioning details for Smoothie King’s offer didn’t have the time window on it. Please make sure those are advertised better in the future. So I sadly didn’t get to get a smoothie this year because I showed up at 2 pm. Their smoothies, especially with inflation, are too expensive for people to get on a regular or even splurge/special occasion basis these days in my opinion unless you have a coupon or special deal. Maybe next year.

Despite being in a new shopping center, the building itself is run down. Only one of the doors worked, and a broken table decorated the center of the shop. The employees are also lacking in their customer service. I ordered a smoothie bowl and the girl behind the counter offered a spoon as an afterthought. How also am I supposed to eat a bowl? Give your money to another location or shop that actually values its customers.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. I live out of state, but when I visit Colorado Springs, I always get a few smoothies here. I'm always happy with the quality and flavor of the smoothies and the staff are always efficient and accurate with the orders.

I ordered the chocolate cinnamon with no almond butter or protein and substitute with carrots and mango. The order I got was mainly almond butter and there were no carrots or mango. I don't think the people there know what they are doing.

Smoothies always great, waits not as bad as reviews say. App said 10 minutes while they were making other orders and it took them 6 minutes.

When we went for the first time the staff were super friendly and greeted us as we opened the door. The smoothies were delicious and they have so many healthy options. There is something for everyone and anything dietary need. They were also really nice and accommodating about making customizations. It took about 10 minutes to get our smoothies. Real food with healthy ingredients are worth the wait. We’ll definitely be back.

I got a smoothie bowl and asked for two of the toppings on the side. Even offered to pay for the extra containers. They lady sighed and said "so you want THREE BOWLS??" As of i didn't offer to pay extra for them. Unnecessarily rude for absolutely no reason.
