Smoothie King

There are moments when I want to quit because the drinks are inconsistent and they shove a tip down your throat. I have to test it before I can tip you. If you don't tip, they give you a stern look, which makes me think they're tampering with my drink before I even get it. They can see that you prepay before you buy it, which is why I used to do it on the app first. To be honest, I would leave a tip if my beverages were consistently made at this location. If everyone wants a tip, team members must hold each other accountable.

Stable business. Offer wide selection of refreshing smoothie to meet your nutritional needs. From protein, vegan, energy etc. Customer service is nice to offer suggestions. Drive thru services. Line length my vary. Once selection is made wait time less than 4 minutes. Smoothie comes in various sizes 20 oz and larger. Vegetarian options: See menu. Dietary restrictions: See menu. Customer service is willing to offer you suggestions of smoothie. Not allowed to select your own ingredients to build a smoothie.

Love the drinks here. Slightly shocked by the price increase $9.50 for a 32oz smoothie. The taste was definitely good but would prefer if they OFFERED the option to have a plastic cup vs Styrofoam, considering the price. Also since the line is always very long, maybe consider adding a second menu board for customers to look at while waiting. Dietary restrictions: Pros - menu offer lots of options for vegetarians or those trying to avoid allergies.

So good. I recommend the angel food smoothie. Its basically a banana & strawberry smoothie but its very good. the workers are very sweet

Sometimes, I want to stop going, they are forcing a tip down your throat and the drinks are inconsistent. I can't tip you before I try it. They give you a mean look if you don't tip makes me feel they doing something to my drink before I get it. I used to do it on the app first but they can see you prepay before you buy it. Honestly I will tip if the location was consistent in how they make my drinks. Team members need to hold others accountable if everyone wants a tip.

I am truly impressed. The Smoothies are absolutely amazing thank you all . My family's been coming here for years I thought I did a review however I want to say you always exceed are expectation. Bless you guys continue growing we are very proud. I definitely recommend this establishment to all who are on their healthy journey, those who are beginning or just want a great tasting treat with out the guilt of sweet. Thank you. Photos are below. I remember in the past there was issues with overpriced items I know it was misguided employees that were stealing this issues was with many companies not just this one this negatively impacts the customers /clients I pray that never happens again. This is a drive-thru and walk-up only Smoothie King. The employees are usually very nice and accommodating and they make everything to the Smoothie King standard. Definitely join the rewards program!

My smoothies are always great. But this review is regarding my money bc someone there is getting an extra tip. A good one at that! I have 4 transactions ranging from $36.26 to $79.85. My smoothies range from $6.89 to $10.24. I was told the walk-in or district Manger would contact me. It's been over a week and no contact. USAA has been contacted regarding fraudulent charges.
