Wheelchair accessibility: It wasn’t as accessible but ok

It's alright. Half the time they get my order wrong and not everyone there is as polite as others. They're also pretty slow.

The cup was contaminated with pure peanut butter on it and my son has peanut allergies. Also the lady nails were very dirty. Cross contamination should be taken very seriously! Luckily we had his epipen! We didn’t have a drink that contained peanut butter

Very good smoothies and the staff is quick.

ok so we went in and the asian worker lady was sweet but the white guy with long hair was so high. he wouldn’t stop giggling while looking at labels and he was singing while poring syrup, as if it was a musical. it took this man like 14 mins to make a single smoothie. he took up more time singing and laughing at labels than actually making the smoothie. i feel bad for the asian lady. there is no way this man should be working anywhere. i will never come back to this place and i am still haunted by his messy blonde long hair and his giggles. lord i am praying for that asian lady.

I will say and have to give this store a 5 star review namely due to the cashier/customer service. She looked like she was slammed and the only one at the store but guess what? She held her composure and made a great smoothie. Everytime I went back the smoothie was ready and this location is slightly further but I rather go to this one than the one on East Blvd actually.

My smoothie was fine but the customer service was not great. Very rude.

I ordered a smoothie in the smoothie king app on 11/06/21 with a pick up time of 2:06. I walked into the store at the time of pickup and couldn’t find an employee. I waited for 5-7 minutes, yelled out and an employee walked out from the back. I told her I placed an order in the app, and she said they had not received it. I showed her my receipt, she said she would begin to make it, but disappeared again to the back. She came out again after 5 minutes and said she didn’t know how to make it because “I don’t have the ingredients.” I asked, do you not have the ingredients or do you not have the order? She responded, “I don’t know what ingredients to put in the drink without the order slip being printed out.” I told her exactly what I ordered and how there were zero modifications. She said, “no I can’t make the drink for you” and also refused to provide me with a refund. She said there is no manager in house and wrote down my name and information for the owner or manager. I’m now having to complete a charge back with my bank over a $10.00 smoothie. Go to a different location.

Cannot tell you how many times Ive come to this location during open hours with the open sign LIT… yet the doors are closed and no ones there. Just pathetic. Save your time and go to another one nearby
