Smoothie King

This is one of the worst smoothie kings I have ever been to. The smoothies are fine, but they are supposed to be open at 7 AM, but I would say out of a dozen times I have ordered from this location, at least 50% of the time my order goes through and they are still closed when I get there for pickup. I understand things happen. But you should change your hours or something, because you are rarely open at 7 AM. Hell it’s usually closer to 8am when I get there and still not open.

I stood in the store for 10 full minutes. Someone was washing dishes in the back room, she looked out right at me and didn’t come out to help me. There was no one else working. Terrible.

We arrived at 7 pm on Sunday, expecting the place to be open until 8 pm, but they had already closed. When we questioned why they had their "open" sign up until 8 pm, they simply apologized and admitted they were closed. Additionally, she was rude.

The smoothies are great, the employees are doing their best. 3 mornings I came between 7:15-8:30 am, they have only 1 employee to take orders, make smoothies, and make the online mobile orders. Not the employees fault, but the manager needs to step up and be there or have more than 1 person staffed.

I don’t particularly like smoothies, but my wife does. So, when she asked from her Covid sick bed for a “gladiator”, I dutifully drove to the Brentwood location to get it for her. Unfortunately, they decided to close an hour and a half early. If your door says 9pm, stay open until 9.

I ordered my 20 oz vegan mango kale smoothie online at 3:16 pm. It told me it would be ready by 3:26 pm at the LATEST... but in reality, I didn't receive the smoothie until 3:40. I am not ok with this madness. Not only was it extremely late to be made, the women working were both just rude. I didn't even get an apology. Maybe if I received and apology for that I wouldn't be writing such a review.. (I was almost late to practice because of this so thanks a lot smoothie king on franklin road. )

The hours on their door (and on google amd on their website) says they close at 9. Showed up at 825, doors were locked and the workers inside said they were closed. Their website still had online ordering enabled, allowing pickup until 9.

Just picked an order for my son. Only one guy working and doing a Great job. Very friendly and getting it all done by himself.

This Smoothie King is one of the most mismanaged stores I've ever been to. I have never had a good experience coming here, unfortunately. My experience today is just one of the many bad experiences i've had here. I went in to the store around 1pm today. Right off the bat I noticed there were about 8-10 people waiting for their smoothies. All of whom looked very frustrated with the wait. There were 2 ladies working, one was taking orders and the other handling the smoothies. Once there were no more orders to take the girl just walked in to the back while the other girl continued to make the smoothies...weird considering there are ALOT of people waiting for smoothies. The woman continued to make smoothies 2 at a time, all of which we're completely out of order. Then the girl making the smoothies stopped what she was doing, grabbed her smoothie and just WALKED OUT.... One lady waited 40 minutes for 1 smoothie which the girl had placed in the freezer... another man had an online order and waited 40 mins and when he asked about is smoothie they said they're not supposed to be taking online orders... I waited for 30 minutes for a 20 oz smoothie. When I got my smoothie the girl clearly forgot to add the peanut butter I paid extra for. She says she added it, however I get this smoothie all too often and I can assure you there was no peanut butter. Not to mention, while we all waited 30-40 minutes for our smoothie, a young girl ordered her smoothie and received it within 5 minutes. This was an INCREDIBLY frustrating experience for everyone. I hope things change because this experience was super disappointing.
