I love coming here on Fridays to take advantage of the dollar upgrade deal. Ben and the staff there are always so welcoming and I’ve never had a bad smoothie here. I bit the bullet and downloaded the app for my rewards. I love earning points and little special deals they upload for free on the app. 5 stars all the way
I gave smoothie 5 stars I go to different the Smoothie Kings around Austin bc I love the metabolism boost protein shakes. today I went to the West Williams Cannon location and I saw my original crew from South Park Meadows location that makes my smoothies right. I miss Skylar and Ava being at the South Park Meadows location. I come to Smoothie King on average 4 times a week and the original crew (Skyler and Ava ) treated me like family.
First time going to this location in months, if not, years. It’s 8am on a Friday, no holiday, their doors and Google page show they open at 7am, and it is closed with no one to be seen, except continuous customers trying to come up to grab their online orders.
BEN - service , delivery , and he was the only one at this location. I was 10th in line . He handled it like a pro. Was fast , nice , and delivered under pressure. 10 of 10
Worst service ever I was there for 5 min didn’t acknowledge me but acknowledged the person behind me.
I have called so many times to get a refund for a Smoothie I never got, and no one ever answers and you can’t leave a message. I’ve sent so many emails and no response. I just want my money back.
Love the menu, the prices, and the speed. However, for the 3rd time in maybe 2 months my Uber eats driver only delivered a smoothie and not the two açaí bowls that were also on the order. This does not happen with other restaurants and it’s now a regular occurrence here. Please find a better method for ensuring orders are delivered with all items.
The phone lines are TERRIBLE. Ive been calling for 10 min now trying to cancel my order and get a refund. There's no available communication.
