Smoothie King

The highlight of my visit on March 2, 2024 at 4:50 pm was how the young girl running the drive through took the lead to make sure things were getting done correctly. I ordered inside. There were three other employees working, two young men and an older lady. The older lady was on her phone the entire time I was there and the two younger gentlemen were trying but they seemed confused. The girl on drive thru took command and made my smoothie as two before that weren’t mine but the guys wanted to give them to me. She was able to multitask very well and efficiently, balancing out making my order and taking and handing out orders in the drive thru. She is the rockstar of your store and she deserves a raise or promotion.

This was inside my 8 dollar smoothie. Digusting. Seems like theyre not cleaning their blenders.

We’ve been sitting at this drive-through for five minutes now and nobody’s moved. This place always gets old is wrong never has stuff. I don’t understand why this owner of this franchise treats this one so bad I wouldn’t come here.

I just picked up an online order & why I’m half way through the bowl & there’s plastic pieces inside it I’ve lost my appetite. Never coming back here.

Had to wait forever to get my smoothie bowl. Got home. It was made sloppy, and there were no blueberries! Unacceptable! This place needs to take tips from Houston. Thumbs down!

Ordered Acai Cacao Hazelnut with Mangoes and got a Peanut Butter Acai bowl - missing all the items. Online order wasn't even ready by the time. The crew started making the bowl when I arrived on pickup time. And of course, screwed the order. This place is a repeat offender and staff has messed up my orders several times. I LOVE Smoothie King. I HATE this location. Staff are slow to help customers. I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, with no one ahead of me. Staff is curt and, frankly act like they would like to be anywhere else. There is no sense of organization or urgency. After waiting 15 minutes at the speaker, I waited another 15 at the window before being handed the wrong order. 30 minutes for a smoothie bowl? I’ve been to 3 other smoothie kings in the area and have never had issues like I do at this one. If you have to, stop here, if you can make it to another location, please go there.

Staff is always friendly and fast. Smoothies are delicious.
