Smoothie King

Smoothie bowl was delicious! Good music playing. Older building, so not a modern fancy one, but spacious. Somewhat busy location. The one employee, first thing Sunday, was really working hard! Thanks for the delicious treat!

Parking inconvenience. Walk here instead them boys will give ticket if you max the 10 mins allowed which is never the case cause this place is slow to served. 2 stars are for friendly staff only at smoothie king. Negative stars for parking people. $85 parking ticket here!

We love smoothie king but wish they had more staff at the Killeen location. Especially on weekend. Just waited in the drive thru for 26 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

As a tourist this a cute location (-1 star for having to pay for parking lol)

Good service, GREAT smoothie. Only -1 star, because, despite the numerous Bevo Pay stickers inside the store, I was told I couldn’t use Bevo pay? A little confusing and could be misleading to some. Other than that, it’s great. Edit: five stars. Really appreciated the quick response and taking down the Bevo Pay stickers.

Service and smoothie very good BUT homeless guy sleeping in the chair.with his dirty nasty feet and shoes up on the tables at 1:30 in the afternoon GROSS. Stop running a homeless shelter at the 24th street Austin location...

I love going to Smoothie King but this will be the last time I come to this location. No one is going to pay $5/10 for a smoothie and 2.00 to park. As I was paying my 2.00 fee to park and pick up my smoothie the parking attendant booted my car within 4 minutes of me exiting my car and paying. Capital Parking ATX is watching customers leave their car and within three minutes i witnessed them put 5 boots on cars (no warnings or tickets). I had to pay 150 to get the boot off and the phone number on the ticket has a voicemail that is full and email is not operational. I finally got a hold of the employee at Capital Parking ATX at they agreed that their information on their receipt is incorrect and said it's unfortunate. This is entrapment. I spoke with the manager at Smoothie King and she said they are under a new management company and to cll them. Waiting for a response. I also filed a Boot Violation with 311. I will not support Smoothie King at this location ever again until they resolve this problem. I have notified all of my UT related groupme's of parking here and being scammed. Juiceland is around the corner and you won't have to pay 160.00 for a smoothie.
