I was so excited whenever my husband told me he was going to be doing some electrical work at a new Smoothie King opening up by our house, as the closest one was about a 13min drive. I have only visited this location 3 the times with about six months in between each visit with today being the last time I will visit there. Each time I have gone it’s been a bad experience from the smoothies not tasting that good to the unacceptable customer service. Today I placed an online order at 12:32pm with a pick up time of 12:42pm I sat at their window for 11 minutes before they came, with the wrong order at that, I didn’t leave until 12:56pm. The guy was sweet, but the lack of communication and timing did it for me.
Placed a mobile order on September 22nd and the promise time was for 2:09 pm. I had to wait an additional 10-15 mins for my mobile order and had an order of four 32oz drinks. The team was making me a drink carrier but unfortunately they told me “sorry they’re hard to assemble.” Okay no problem I will just carry all four drinks my self to my car. The team just watched me struggle and did not offer to open the door or even help carry. Service at this location was terrible. Should drove the extra time and went with juice land.
Drove by and saw someone just hanging out legs out the window and making it not very welcome to drive thru.
It took awhile but the customer service makes up for it!
Took over 30 minutes to get my order which was as only two smoothies and the staff there didn’t seem organized or trained properly. Lack of communication or sense of urgency within the team. Won’t be coming back to this store anytime soon.
As a long time Smoothie King customer, today is one of the worst experiences of placing an online order 15 minutes prior to arriving. It wasn't ready or even started. There was one person in the store when I arrived. So, they were not busy. There were 4 workers there at the time. I have been a long time customer of this location for Smoothie King and when it was JuiceLand. This is a review for an opportunity to get it together. I will try again another time to see if there are any improvements.
El local estaba sucio, no habían servilletas, el baño muy descuidado y se tardaron muchísimo para entregar mi pedido. Definitivamente a esta tienda no volveré.
I was charged for the wrong size and didn't realize it until after I had driven away. The next day I came in and explained what happened, showed my receipt, and the staff made it right. Great team. You have a happy customer here who will definitely continue to come back.
