Smokey Bones Kissimmee

First time here from Michigan and the food was outstanding! We ordered the Bonefire for four and the food was great and smoky with an excellent choice of BBQ sauces. Our server "Jolisa" (spelling?) was exceptional. We will be back in the near future.

Great service! Waiters were kind and caring. The food was ok. I asked for steak and it was cooked a little too much. The dessert was great and tasted amazing! I would recommend this place.

It’s been an extremely frustrating process over the last two days and we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but have had multiple issues in as many days. We ordered take out and 3 of our meals were incorrect and missing items. We called and they were kind enough to remake the food for us the following day so we also ordered some more food to give it another shot today. This time there was hair in the food and when we called they apologized and said I could come back in again and they’d give me coleslaw… my concern aside from my own health and that of my family’s including my 4 year old daughter….. is public health and safety when there is a good amount of long hair mixed in the food…

Service was not good from the beginning. Our server took forever to even get us water (20 minutes) and was inconsistent throughout our dinner. The food was decent but I’ve had better bbq. I had the bbq chicken sandwich and it was very plain. Barely any sauce on it. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

I don't know how the first review was done it wasw not my opinion. I was visiting from out of town and found you on Google while looking for BBQ. I thought the food and everything was great , if any small thing of note was the brisket portion was a bit small but everything was good
