Smokey Bones Columbus

My husband and I went there on our date night on March 13th and it was awful first of all it was like a walk in freezer we considered leaving but they did turn the heat on and it got a bit better. Our waitress was having a bad night I ordered a drink a margarita and I requested that it not have an insect in it not like the last time we were there it didn't have an insect but the glass had a chip on the rim and it was not clean also the salt on the rim was hard like it was put on last week. My salmon sauce was extremely watered-down. Our waitress got very upset because she dropped something for the table behind us on the floor and had to clean it up and because I asked for a replacement drink with a glass that was clean, with new salt and not chipped I didn't get the new salt instead I got an unchipped dirty glass. My husband was not happy with his meal either because he was expecting real boneless chicken wings not chicken nuggets I liked smokey bones thats why I went back but I will not return this time the food and the service was extremely awful. We spent almost $80.00 there for a horrible meal never again.

Not from around here but this placed sounded great. Glad we stopped in. Our server, Justin was awesome. Answered all the questions we had and when he suggested items, we tried them and loved every bite. Great experience. Will be back in June and will make sure to stop in.

I like the waitress Adrienne she is very nice and so kind to my family and she was very funny and kept the table happy and she made my family smile

New to Georgia and was craving bbq and smoking bones hit the spot amazing service and amazing atmosphere

Justin was awesome! He was attentive and super kind. 10/10 experience.

I love everything about this restaurant. Ms Adrienne was amazing . She was supper friendly and helpful . And she makes the best sweet tea.
