Best bbq north of Heritage. The Asian items are solid. If it's your first time, I'd recommend the siu yuk (crispy pork belly), which had a nice kiss of smoke that you don't get with traditional Asian places, and the curry, it comes with chunks of brisket/burnt ends. Saw some people on IG say the brisket is dry but it was perfect and moist for me. Maybe ask for a cut from the fattier part if you're after more grease. The sides are a great value. $5 for a tub of mac and cheese that was more than enough for 3 to share. Banana pudding for dessert was great. Light, air and refreshing. My only wish was that there was sliced wonder bread to help soak up the sauce

I had read a number of reviews and the food and service lived up to all of it. We will be back. Check out how big their smokers are.

Really great BBQ and great space, especially with kids. Kid-friendliness: It’s in a new center with lots of space for kids to run around and have fun while adults are eating!

My wife and I went here to pick up a half pound of brisket point and pulled pork. The service was courteous and efficient and it did not take long to get our order. This is not Texas BBQ because it had an asian flair to the flavor. Not bad but not good. The pulled pork was too fatty and greasy. The quality of brisket was prime as you could see the marbling in the slice. However, it was a tad short on being cooked long enough. It was slightly chewy. Not sure we will come back until they get the smoking process down. I think we are used to the Texas style BBQing such as Black's BBQ in Austin where they got the quality and process down. The meat is sliced right in front of you and asbolutely delicious! I also wonder how the owner can survive with the capital investment and time she put into the place and equipment when you are only open 4 hours per day Fri-Sun. I wish her luck and hpefully she hones her product through repetitive practicing.

I have been twice. Three-stars is because the first time, a couple of weeks ago, was 5 stars, but yesterday, it was 1 star. The first time, I got brisket, and it was flavorful and tender and moist. Five stars. I went back yesterday and got brisket and a beef bone. The brisket was lacking flavor and was chewy. The beef bone was also a great disappointment. The out layer was yummy--great flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tender and moist. But the rest of it was not. It was actually showing red--as in not smoked long enough--and not tender at all.
