Terrible experience from what seems to be 2 uncaring employees with bad attitudes. Because you ask them for help. You help the customer not treat them like you don't care for there business and keep talking about the customer so he can clearly hear on purpose. That is completely unacceptable. I literally watched them treat a man this way that was standing there for at least 3-4 minutes as they kept ignoring him to scan an ID card...

Mis 5 estrellas son para la cajera Martha , Agradezco siempre su sonrisa y su servicio al cliente es impecable! Las personas que ponen en el area de Self-pay son tan groseras les falta ética y conociendo de cómo tratar a los clientes. Siempre hacen unas caras de “que tonto eres” para que están allí si no les gusta lo que hacen los clientes que pasan por esa área están intentando aprender una habilidad nueva que a futura va beneficiar a la tienda puesto que ya podrán pagar su compra sin ayuda. Los empleados de esa área deben con paciencia y agrado enseñar a las personas indistintamente de su edad, nacionalidad o cualquier condición a hacer uso de manera efectiva la tecnología y demostrar que fueron a la escuela por alguna razón.

One of the employees name Vanessa she is so rude and lazy She not really helpful terrible person. I hope she gets transfer. I can’t stand her working in the night now I have to shops here in the morning because of her. She only works in the night I mean, the rest of the employees are nice, but she’s just rude

I don't want to say anything bad about Smith's, and I don't know why they didn't even reply to me when I applied for a job. But, they were totally out of chicken breast and the site where the chicken used to be should have at least been covered. It was disgusting to see that wide open drip area. I like Smits even though I still can't figure out the app and how the sales work. And the cashiers don't want to help you with that nonsense. I will say that the way Albertson's has turned their stores 360 I'd go there if they were closer to me.

All the associates are friendly and helpful. They offer free pickup and Boost membership awards you free delivery. Store is very clean and orderly, plenty of parking. Pharmacy staff are great.
