The layout of the aisles is well thought out. Freezer section in the middle right before checking out. Customer Service workers are always friendly and efficient, I love getting money orders from here. This is a good store, not top of the line, but convenient, fresh and inexpensive.

Celine at self check out is a beautiful person with a kind heart. She was very helpful. As a senior, and veteran. $25 a month for food in this economy doesn't go far. I'm slowly starving. I've lost 70lbs in 6 months. Smiths is my favorite store!

Staff very friendly and helpful

I’m really upset. The prices do not match what’s being scanned. I had to ask the cashier to check candy that ring for full price instead of the discount. I came home and found out the pie I though was $3.99 rung up at $5.49. The discrepancy is not ok.

I have been grocery shopping at the store on Decatur Blvd for the past 6 months and I have been very pleased with the excellent service that I have received there!! I have gotten familiar with the aisle set-up, which makes shopping so much easier. Their food selection is good and the Fresh Produce area is always well stocked when I am there. There is plenty of Parking and I feel Safe there. The cashiers have been wonderful and very helpful !! Thank You, Kelly, Nikki, Breunna and Michael!!!! Edit: 02/03/24 - I would like to add that on my most recent visit, I noticed that they had scrubbed and waxed the floor. It is old and worn in spots and was dirty from the foot traffic. I'd also like to say Thank you to cashier, Robert and Grocery Bagger, Memphis!! Edit: 03/11/24 - I 'm still Loving this location and the Cashiers make it easy!! They always have a Smile and I can feel that they appreciate having a job and truly enjoy their work!! Treat them right, people !! Thanks to cashiers, Mike and Clayton and Grocery Bagger, Anika!!
