The experience was great from start to finish. The hostess, the server, the food, and the speed of service was 5/5.
Absolutely fantastic! Walked in and was greeted right away. We were sent to the 3rd floor. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted up there. Quickly were brought our drinks. Food followed shortly after.
The server Andres and the hostess with the mostest… The food was great the service was awesome the view was crazy… I’ll definitely come back…
We saw this place recommended in a few areas and they were not wrong. After our check in downstairs and our climb up, we were quickly seated in an internal balcony that allowed for people watching on the busy street below. The decor was all wood, gave the feel of a fancy distillery, and a warmth that only wood provides. The service was good, with our waitress new, but she did have some excellent recommendations. I went with the smoked yard bird, which was nice - had a smoky flavor and was not too dry. I went with their sides - coleslaw was coleslaw but the beans were really good - just a little spice and with chunks of pork making them very flavorful. The wife went with the open faced toasted beef - much more than she could eat and very tasty. We finished up with the banana pudding, which was pudding with sliced bananas with whipped cream on top. In sum, very nice place, good food and great service.
This place was a great experience, but it was paaaaaacked. It was the hottest new desert spot in town. I don't deal with crowds very well, and it was a cramped space. But it was definitely a fun place to try.
Literally some of the best food I've ever had this will be a regular place when I come to Gatlinburg from now on 10/10
The food was pretty good. The barbecue was surprisingly good along with the sauce. I even enjoyed the slaw.
Food was ok for the prices, our service was a little slow for how busy it was.
