Yummy yummy comfort food makes me happy

They forgot 1 of the 3 items I ordered. Honestly, how hard is it to check the order ticket versus what's in the bag before you seal the bag? Their website is almost completely nonfunctional for providing feedback on their service as well. What a joke.

Slow service, friendly employees and great burgers.

The Truffle Mushroom Swiss smash burger is amazing. Ask to substitute the Chipotle bun if you want to add a spicy kick! Have plenty of napkins standing by!

Cool vibe from the moment I walked in. Very good burger and fries. Staff was friendly and attentive. They need to put a few TV's on the walls. One of burgers was gluten free. If you know your gluten free foodstuffs, you know finding buns or bread that don't fall apart is extremely difficult. Udi's brand (which Smashburger uses) is far from an exception, but the crumbly fallout was minimal. If you want to share fries with a non-gluten free person, be sure to specify that the fries be placed on the gluten free tray for safety's sake.

The place was practically empty. Only one cook and one person taking orders and serving. The black bean burger was great. They had a Reeses shake that was great though nearly $7.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY USING SMASHBURGER.COM WEBSITE. Placed a delivery order using the smash burger website. I live only a few blocks from the smash burger location, a seven min drive at most. Took over an hour to receive my order. Driver did not ring door bell. Fries were soggy an uneatable, went to bed hungry. Blah Using the provided tracking app, I watched the driver leave smash burger, drive past my street, and then off the map. After 45 min, (the estimated delivery time) I called the restaurant about my order. Manager said they did not know who provides deliveries for orders placed using the smash burger website. The restaurant staff did their part and are not at fault. The order was placed using the smash burger website, so I hold smash burger responsible for the entire experience. Smash burger needs to do better.

They made a mistakes with my orders not only ones a couple of times before and when i asked the to fix it the lady gave an attitude and starts arguing very rude!

Well I tell you first time there and it wasn't the greatest Burger I've ever had but it was better than McDonald's and in my opinion that's not saying much it was okay use a flat grill on Shepherd open grill their sauce just ketchup and mustard it wasn't filling will I go there again no I'm going to spend money on a burger it's going to be an open grill thank God somebody bought it for me
