Smashburger

Very dirty and avocado tasted off.

It is concerning to see the dirty tables, floors, walls, restroom, and kitchen of this Smashburger. I remember when it opened and it was so clean. Surprised the health department has not given fines or shut down this location. The staff was very nice and salad was good, but I took it to go as I did not want to eat in a dirty place. Cleaning is so easy and should be high priority in a restaurant. Hope the owners of this location will work on this. I will not be going to this location again due to it's uncleanliness.

I have never witnessed such rude counter people in my life. Monday Oct 2nd around 2:30 or 3. There were two young kids working there and neither were very customer focused. The male that was there was extremely rude and the female was even worse. Cussing at us using the F bomb, because my dad got his burger and finished the whole thing before I got my food. So I went up to the female to inquire, and she fired back at me about how wings take 20 minutes and I said you should tell the customer that then, and give them the option of waiting on the burger. She told us to get the F out of her restaurant and to never come back. The restaurant was not clean either. It was gross. The manager was there. He was a stand in manager from Fort Collins. James. He stepped in and said he heard the whole thing and was running it up to the local manager of the store and corporate. She was despicable and has no business working with the public. She needs to lose her job

If you have never had smashburger, please do not go to this location. I don't want you to have a first impression from this dive. It's appearances that it's not very clean. It's definitely not thriving from a service standpoint, I'm sorry we're out of fries. Oh, I'm sorry we're out of onion rings. Oh, I'm sorry we're out of this. Oh I'm sorry we're out of that. Lemonade was empty. Diet coke was water only. You can tell this place is not cared for. It is not thriving and is most likely not going to make it. The food was decent for what they were not out of. The staff is like a bunch of lost kittens. There's no ambition whatsoever and the manager can't even find his manager card for the cash register. So he's got to keep on walking over from the cook area to punch in a code on the cash register. This is not a great location to represent the smashburger chain honestly avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered a meal and the guy was paying more attention to the fly on wall then actually getting my order correct. I asked for my drink with the meal and he stated with attitude you didn't order a drink. By this point I'm annoyed and say can I purchase one then. He hands me 2 water cups and says here just take these!
