Smashburger

Wrong food order, old as hell fries and tots, to top it off, cokes were warm. On reguster worker busting her butt while the other stood around. $48 for less than mediocre food. Stay away.

My first time trying Smashburger and was completely disappointed. My entire order was incorrect and it took 35 min to receive it. Half of my volleyball team also had incorrect orders as well. I'm giving Smashburger one star. I ordered a chicken sandwich and double truffle burger no cheese with fries and tatortots. I got a cheese burger and a double cheese burger with no fries or tatortots. I almost missed my flight too. There are many awesome burger spots like In N Out, Shack Shack, and Steak and Shake. I informed Smashbuger but probably won't hear back so I'll share my experience online. Management needs to do better. Waste of time and money. We all know how expensive the airport is too. Go some where else.

Terrible food but the beer was cold and the servers tried their best to be helpful. Update: I’ve been asked what was so bad about the food so: I ordered the brisket burger and the brisket was so tough and gristly that I pulled it off and threw it away; the tater tots were stale and tasted like they were probably old and freezer burnt; Robert’s burger was a bacon combo that had no flavor and he doused it with hot sauce just so it tasted like something. But I like to end on a positive note, at least some one cared enough to ask.

Most expensive miniature burger ive ever eaten. Bar tender was good and when I laughed at the size he changed it out with an identical sized burger. At that point I'm just going to stick to Coors light and some fries.

This for the grab and go half of the restaurant, no comment on the sit-down bar half. Burger patties were overcooked and tough one one side, they got my order wrong (mushrooms when I asked for none), and the burgers aren't even Smashburger patties. Fries and shake were actually quite good, service time was less than 10 minutes, prices are typical airport markup but not excruciating. Still, what's the point of a Smashburger with bad burgers?

Out of most of their draft beers. Ordered a brisket sandwich, they ran out fries but never told me and just substituted for tots. When I brought it up they just said they ran out of fries and turned away. The brisket was very overcooked and to add to it my bill came to $32 before tip.

I ordered a single cheese burger, went back to my gate and opened it up. The size of the burger on the bun was comical. So much so that when I showed everyone sitting around me, they all said to take it back. Went back to the restaurant showed one girl who looked very confused. Not sure how to answer me, her coworker came up and acting very frustrated with me just quickly said yes that’s how they’re supposed to look. Which is not true, because I have eaten smash burgers before. This had not been smashed. Maybe it was the full amount of ground beef, but was the most overcooked hockey puck flavored burger I have ever had. So dried out I could hardly eat it unless I was constantly drinking water to get it down. Last time I was in Denver I went and got a kids meal cheeseburger and it was bigger and much better tasting than this one. I will for sure be only going to the shake shack from here on out when I’m in Denver airport.

Was asked to move tables, not once, but twice. It’s at least 90° in the restaurant, even with customers complaining waiters just say sorry that’s how it is…moved to the bar and hard to get service because I wanted a non-alcoholic beverage. Then moved to a table that was open in the restaurant, and yet another waitress asked me to move to a smaller table, even though there were no tables available when I walked in. Doesn’t matter if food is good or not if the service is terrible.

99% Gas stations have better cooked food. Everything nuked and if you want the nations most boring Bloody Mary this is your place?

The set up they have here is terrible. The customer service is even worse. Received terrible service. Person that took my order was incredibly rude.
