It seems to quality here has gone down hill quite drastically. We placed a pickup order and confirmed with the employee that all food was in the bag. Our mistake for not checking, but of course we return home and we are missing several items. Making the trip back the employee showed no concern that they forgot the food, no apology or any attempt to make things right. The food we did receive originally was cold and the presentation was terrible. The taste was ok, but the quality and quantity you receive for the price is extremely lacking. I feel like it used to be quite a bit better a few years ago.

Ordered large fry, barel6 got any. Took 40 mins to get shakes. Too expensive.
