Smashburger

I have always loved this place but my last experience was really bad. I got the brisket burger... the brisket was very chewy, sponge like, not good really not even edible. My fries were ice cold. And the extra sautéed onions were nearly completely uncooked & raw. The whole meal was pretty much very disappointing

Apparently closes at 10pm means they close at 9:42pm, which is when we walked in. Not able to order food. If you close at 10pm, but leave the door unlocked & look open, and it’s 9:42pm, I guess that means you’re closed.

Nasty. Just yuck. All of it. The food. The service. The atmosphere.

First of I couldn’t even dine In or order anything I literally stepped foot in there with my husband and everyone was waiting for their food and someone had mentioned to me it was a 30 minute wait which was literally a customer who told me that and then two of the young girl employees that were up front told us they weren’t taking anymore orders so literally telling us to leave because they’re not going to give us service like okay ??? And it was literally 1 pm on a Sunday it wasn’t close to closing hours for them to not attend me

Food was good, arrived super hot. Restaurant is on the colder side, and be extra careful in the restrooms. The floor was greasy in there and super slippery. Definitely a fall risk if you have bad balance.

Ordered Doordash, burgers were not what we ordered, onions not removed, no pepper jack cheese, no brioche buns. Won't be eating Smashburger again!

First time eating here and I’m impressed by good quality of burger, the bread is incredible soft and truffle burger was my choice
