Smashburger

Wow, not sure what’s happening at this location, but it’s a disaster now. After waiting more than 35 minutes we got two of our four burgers and sides, after another 20 minutes the rest of our order still had not come out. After talking to the staff, they said they would get it right out. Another 15 minutes and still no food, we asked again and then there was very rude comments from the staff and no burgers. We ended up leaving with two burgers in a bag that were not the ones we ordered and late to our hockey game. The staff was not willing to make anything right and just did not care. Very disappointed, because I like Smash Burger Not worth the wait or struggle. We won’t be back to this location.

Food is great, any complaints have to do with the company and items being removed from decades ago, so, no notes for this location. In fact, everything was made fresh, so it was hot and crispy, and tasted great. Service was prompt and friendly. Wings took just a little longer to come out, but just before we got up to ask, they brought them out. Atmosphere SUCKS. Rag buckets are left out in public view, floors are messy, boxes of product are left in plain public view. There is not enough seating, so people stood around hovering, waiting for their orders. Lastly, the tea drinks were either empty or almost empty, and were never refilled. But put all that aside. Oh my god, the smell. What is that SMELL from? That raw sewage smell is horrendous, and gets worse the further back you go. It smells identical to when the water in the U-bend evaporates. It pretty much ruined my meal. Ya'll can't have an establishment, especially a restaurant, that smells like rotten eggs and sewage. Yuck.

I always remember how good this menu is when I get here. The staff is so friendly, and Madi in particular made my experience really good tonight. Dietary restrictions: Even though the burgers are fantastic, the grilled chicken makes it so you can stay within your less-calorie goal if you want to. It is done just right.

Don't forget your wallet. Super Yummy and very pricy!

The food is fantastic here. Everything is fresh, great service, and a multitude of options for the menu. My “beef”, pun intended, is with the cost. I ordered a specialty burger, added one option to the entreé, french fries that were not included, and a large drink and my total was 26.99! I was shocked at the cost, and then she turned the iPad around and my lowest tip amount possible was 20%. I picked no tip. Great food, wonderful food, bit be sure you take a lot of money with you !!
