Small Cheval- Fulton Market

I have been wanting to try this chain out. Finally had an early dinner with my husband. The food was fantastic while other factors are left to be desired. The most crucial was that I didn't know the price on the board was for a "Double Burger." No where did it say that. It was way too much food for me. I would have liked to be asked if I wanted a "single" or "double." That is one star deducted. The second star deducted was for the seating arrangement of the place. They barely had any indoor seating as it was more of an outdoor place. It is still the middle of winter and I did not see any heating lamps or any accommodations to be outside. I don't mind being out in the cold if there were accommodations. Vegetarian options: Plant Based Burger

Food consistently good. Service consistently courteous. Take-out was fast. Was crowded during Sun and Thur dinner. Each night we received different fries, might be a supply chain issue. Still good both times. Only complaint: wish there were more indoor seating.

These burgers literally melt in your mouth. Go on a sunny warm day to enjoy the really nice and clean outside dining seating. The L passing by as you munch on your burger really give you that unique Chicago experience. Beware the fries are addictive and the vanilla shake is something you will not want to share.

Go to the Wicker location if you can, this one is inconsistent for me
