Sorry, not good experience due to that the laws of tempature simply not a part of the common sense of the employee. Order the 3 scoops with brownies and hot fudge. The nice employee put the hot cookie, 3 scoops of ice cream and the hot fudge. Now it's the tricky part... They ran out of whipped cream. So waited for 10 min until the whipped cream arrived. We got the ice cream or should we call it milkshake mix. Everything was melted. We didn't notice it only until we stepped away from the store. Maybe its time for employees orientation. Store is so cute and decore is lovely. That's why the 3 stars.

Hello, I am giving 1 star not for the service or for the product... I am giving one star for seeing on display right when you come in , on drinking cups signs with totally inappropriate messages which should never be there in the first place , where the kids go to get their ice cream or candy... Totally unprofessional. I am disappointed what I see these days in kids places, I think the only way to put stop to it, is more parents speaking out..
