Slattery's Midtown Pub

We were only supposed to come in for one drink... and then we met Claire. We both said we'd never seen anyone handle a bar so well on their own during a period of business. Lovely woman, lovely bar, awful hangover. 10/10. Pleasure to meet you Claire from Tyrone, see you next time.

I am an event planner and have researched and tried many places to host a breakfast for our St. Patrick's Day Parade marchers in my 24 years working. I came across Justine and John Slattery almost 10 years ago. They were accommodating, reasonable and welcoming. Right away I felt at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the food is delicious! I highly recommend visiting Slattery's pub for yourself and then come back to enjoy your events or private dinner with them. You will not regret it!!!

Great bar. But just be ready with 20$ cash cover during the Unc v Duke game.

What a great experience at Slattery’s Midtow Pub for the UNC Tar Heels game night. The food was great and served hot. We loved the burgers, wings, fish & chips, burritos, nachos, to name a few. The service was impeccable. Claire C was second to none! Fun, loving, and hard-working, she made sure everyone was taken care of and having a great time. A shout out to the John and Justin, the owners,for pulling off a bar party for over 500 people complete with DJ and the Carolina fight song!

I was looking forward to a themed trivia event co-hosted by both Slattery's Midtown Pub and Trivia, AD. To my disappointment, I received an email the day of the event stating that the event was canceled due to "lack of interest." 20+ people registered for this event, which should have been more than enough. It is extremely unprofessional to cancel an event day-of, especially after confirming the evening before that the event will take place as scheduled. My guest visiting from out of town was extremely disappointed at the news, as this event was her primary reason for visiting.

Great pub in Midtown. Felt at home and made very welcome on arrival. Food wise, we only had the starter platter and it wasn't the best but the beer was cold and the service friendly so will definitely return next time we visit Manhattan.
