I’m upset about the lack of transparency around the automatic 18% gratuity / tip. As many other reviews indicate, the service is nothing special. When I bought my food, I noticed the price was too high and asked the cashier why that was. She explained that there was automatic gratuity added in addition to tax. I asked if I could change the amount of gratuity, and she said that wasn’t possible. And remember, this is at the time of ordering, before I’ve received any food or service. Even worse, if I had done takeout, I still would have had to pay the 18%.
Refunded needed this was disgusting. Dry burger. Asked for medium rare. Soggy fries. Really bad food quality and because you’re in an airport they charge you 15x. No option to not eat anything else. Food is pretty bad wouldn’t recommend
We all know food at the airport is too expensive. That aside, I was pleased with the grilled fish taco at Slapfish. I was honestly surprised how big it was. The fish was cooked nicely and paired well with the cabbage, radish, and awesome sauce on the side. I would definitely eat here again in the future.
I asked how long it would be for food, was told 10 minutes when it was 30. The lady at the register then gave me attitude when I asked how long it would be. $30 for chicken tenders and they didn’t even give me the sauce I asked for. Hungry travelers can do better in terminal 3.
Fish tacos were the best I ever had. Tuna melt was amazing as well

Way too expensive!!! Two tacos is $33! They automatically charged 18% gratuity and your order at the cashier’s and wait for it to be brought to you.
