I had really good service at this location.

Food is consistently so good! And the people are relaxed friendly not just part of the job.

Great service, sat at the counter and had quick friendly service and good food. (2023) Update from visit 23 February 2024: Sat at the bar, manager noticed me but continued personal conversation flirting with an employee out of sight on the office for several minutes before anyone came. Finally the line cook Shawn (who wasn't clocked in because he feared having to hear from management the next day about working over hours) asked for my order. Sat there and listened to Shawn loudly explain how he would kill himself if he ever lost elle. Details given about walking in traffic or using his gun to kill himself. Drive through worker and the employee that came out of the office were very pleasant from what it seemed. Likely won't return.

If you want a chillie dog do not go to the pickerton location it been in discussion of being the worst out franchisment. The best would be the Canal winchester
