Edit 2/6: person at drive thru window doesn't know what "all the way" means. Poor training Here was my experience at this newly built Skyline at 11:30 AM on 6/18: drive thru person was cranky and rude. They failed to offer hot sauce and crackers or put it into the bag. Just yesterday I was asked at the same Skyline if I wanted crackers and hot sauce. They did not confirm my order which is standard practice. They gave me a $15 total at the speaker and $20 total at the window. The worker continued to not say hi or acknowledge me at all while handing me a pen and paper. They asked me to sign which is bizarre. This is a ploy for tips. Sharing a pen like this is simply unacceptable. Every person that goes through the drive thru is sharing germs with each other because of this absurd requirement. This is deplorable and I will not be heading back as it disgusts me. I love Skyline, but management has decided our health as their customers is less important than asking everyone for a potential tip. Pay your workers instead. Stop asking everyone to front the bill for you. As for the food, the cheese is way too melted which seems to be happening here depending on the day. It's way too melted. They want $3 with tax for this coney. No thanks! I've attached a picture from the same Skyline twelve days ago which was absolutely perfect. You can see the difference between expectation and reality. I had high hopes for this Skyline based on that experience, but today proved that not much has changed here in terms of quality control, yet you are forced to be asked for a tip anyway. There is a lack of quality control and for these premium prices and risk of germs for the sake of unwarranted tips, I'm out. You can afford the building, so you can afford good workers and training. Respect your customers.
They really treated us good there
Always consistent. Had another good meal today.
we had 2 gift cards and they said we could not use them because they said the system was not working when they only tried once. would not recommended.
I love the new store, the parking is great. I have always had a very pleasant experience at this location and anytime it wasn't "perfect" I tried to consider what other people go through, the world doesn't revolve around me, maybe they had a bad day. I looked over some reviews and people are just harsh. The whole world is understaffed, this is a locally owned location, and people don't consider that everyone/everywhere has bad days that's no reason to bash a restaurant that's trying their best to provide great service to Blue Ash, just inconsiderate people with nothing better to do than think of themselves, selfish.
Their menu is significantly smaller than other locations, and they only offer one size of of soda. I was charged almost nine dollars for a hot chocolate, when I had ordered a soda. They have the audacity to hand you a server book to solicit a tip for drive through orders. The chili cheese fries were not fully cooked, and ended up in the trash. There are many better locations other than this one. Definitely avoid this location unless desperate.
