Greasy food and clueless staff. Good luck getting a order right here the drive through lady couldn't even read the computer.

Took 20 minutes while the mcdonalds was empty, workers just stood and talked while I was running late. Don't come here.

This McDonald’s has been consistently the lowest quality of all in Calgary. The food quality always sucks! Change your cooks or retrain them again to relearn how to cook a decent burger. Waiting time is ridiculously long. Fries have been kept out longer than should be.

This place is getting worst day by day. I had ordered coffee from my mobile app and it was confirmed on the phone. At drive-through, I see the asian lady giving my order to someone who was on a wheelchair which is fine. But then when it was my turn, she asked to show me the proof of my purchase. Ridiculous! I showed her my phone app and one of her colleague who is also asian accusing me that it was a picture from previous order. It was very frustrating experience. I live close by but will never chose this mcdonalds every again.

The customer service was horrible and they made us wait so long.
