Not like it use to be. I usually love ordering from this place. I’m not sure if the service has gone down or someone just had a bad day. I called multiple times and was left on hold for close to 10 minutes. When I called again the lady answering kept saying “I don’t get you, what do you want” and hung up on me while I tried to order. Then I called a last time and the lady was very rude and told me to read the menu and call when I “finally decide” but she wouldn’t let me order. I have to say with this service the food is not worth it.

The food is good on any given day. On the first of the month it was horrible. I called to ask if there’s a new cook on board, The lady that took my order asked why,, and I explained to her that the food was dry, not what i expected. Her reply was we would add extra sauce next time.

Food is phenomenal it's always correct and delicious only place illl eat Chinese food in Florida

We ordered from here over a month ago and it was 5/5. Tonight they forgot our ribs but the worst part was the half the food was COLD like they took it out of a fridge and didn’t warm it cold. Seeing the recent reviews it seems something has changed and hopefully they can fix the issues because they were the best!

Bad costumer service. I called to make an order and, the lady was rude, abrupt, impatient, and she hung up without taking my order. I wanted to order Singapore noodles that had chicken, pork, and shrimp, which is known as house. She said " house and Singapore noodles are two different things, make up your mind and call back." But before I could give her an answer she hung up abruptly. I have been driving all the way from west palm beach to get house singapore noodle from this restaurant. I usually sit in my car and place a phone order. A while back I noticed that there was a difference in the food and restaurant staff, but I paid it no mind until now. My conclusion is that my family, friends, and i will not be ordering here ever again.

This is my second time trying to order food from here and the lady is really disrespectful this store doesn’t have to worry about getting anymore money from me
