Since 2007, Skillet has been making great American comfort food with excellent service in a comfortable environment. Our humble Airstream food truck roots have expanded to a contemporary diner, fast causal spots, and a booming catering business. What hasn’t changed is that we take our food seriously! We use local and seasonal ingredients and from-scratch cooking to create an extraordinary dining experience for all of Seattle.
