Skewers Mediterranean Grille

Upscale feel, great service and atmosphere. I had the Mujadara plate and my husband had the Petit Filet Skewer. Both were hot and flavorful. We also got the hummus which was tasty.

Parking: Had to back out of small parking lot.

A great elegant place for a great meal in Brevard I have heard about this restaurant for years. Many friends and family have been here and all have recommended that I should try it out. How right they were. I made reservations and arrived a few minutes early. Parking is a small lot behind the restaurant and is pretty tight. Namely, the parking spaces may be small for larger vehicles. The entrance from this direction has you walking through some outside covered seating. Then you enter a space that has a bar on one side and the hostess stand on the other side. The majority of the seating is directly in front of you. There is an inside area and an outside seating area, both are covered. The inside seating area is a mix of small booths and large and small tables. The tables and chairs are beautiful dark wood. The floor is a rough tile. There are a lot of tables and they are fairly close to each other. The hostess seated us quickly. The menu has a good selection of skewer-type dishes. I tried the Bruschetta. It came quickly and was like a small pizza. It had a good taste to it. We tried the red wide and a mint drink. We tried the beef, lamb, and chicken skewers. The dishes come with a salad and are served on a bed of rice. They were very good overall. The waitress was very friendly but the service was a little slow for getting a refill on our drinks and getting the check to pay. The price is on the fine dining side with the cost for 2 of us at about $90. Overall, a pleasant experience with good food that I would recommend to others.

Very crowded and loud. Did not like the belly dancer - having people put $$ in her pants, very crude.

Great food ~ Loaded Hummus is a must try!

We have been coming to Skewers (and the Lebanese Gourmet Restaurant before) for over 25 years. The quality of the food and service have been uniformly excellent for that entire time. I can think of no other restaurant with that record of consistency. While we no longer live in the Melbourne area, Skewers is a must-go whenever we return.

We had an excellent dining experience! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was consistently checking on our needs and where very accommodating and provided excellent service!!
