Sistrunk Marketplace & Brewery

We had a lobster roll and pizza from two different places. The lobster roll was really bad. It was too dry and not worth of $25 at all. Very disappointing. Also, the side chips were Ruffles. I saw them opening a small bag of Ruffles and poured it onto the plate. Then sprinkled some dried parsley. Pizza was okay but the toppings (sausage, salami, pepperoni) taste like freezer. The red velvet cookie from the cafe was okay. It is not a moist cookie though. For beers, they mostly have IPAs and sours, which I am not a fan of. They had non-IPA/sour on the menu, but they were out, unfortunately.

I have to admit… when I first came here (from NY), this place was awesome and booming. A ton of food purveyors and just great vibes/service/events. Now… not so much minus the one I come for that I would recommend 10x over, Dream State Brewing. I started off not even loving beer but this place has made me a believer, big time. Try krispy Kinetics and Super Good IPA, trust me! As for Sistrunk itself… place is just dead. Bad parking situation, food vendors have went down hill and decreased and place is just blah. Highly recommend Dream State, can’t really say the same for Sistrunk unfortunately. Hope they bring it back to life so we don’t lose the brewery!

Sistrunk Marketplace has been our go-to spot, mainly for the fantastic offerings from Dreamstate Brewery. Their team consistently delivers top-notch service and their beers are simply outstanding. However, we’ve noticed a decline in the overall experience lately. The lack of vendors and parking has become concerning. Despite this, we still enjoy coming here for Dreamstate Brewery and hope to see improvements in the future.

Won’t go back. 8$ to park, inside was deafeningly loud between the music and people (wasn’t even that crowded), luckily there are outdoor tables or we would have left immediately.

Great food with plenty of variety and good quality , easy for people to order different food , good brewery , great gift shop with local artist products . Our only complaint is the music is extremely loud at 5 pm. Can’t you wait until after 9 so people can talk ? We would go more often and pay for parking , but I can’t talk to my friends or wife so not our top choice .

Delicious Star Beckham pizza and the salad! Good service too!

Great place which houses a craft brewery, Dream State, and several food stalls. Pizza was amazing. Craft beers were high quality. At the time they had a "tap takeover" by "other half brewery" of New York, with 21 beers, plus 8 of their own beers
