I happen to like casual atmosphere, so it was a perfect meal for me-so many sides to choose from, and all delicious! I brought a banana pudding home-couldn’t resist. But be warned: if you have so much as a tiny sample of the red velvet cake, you’re hooked. Don’t ask me how I know. They also do catering! I see they have a $7.99 lunch special as well-will try that next. I notice that a lot of people do pick-up. Where do I start. First coming in the ladies aren’t very welcoming. Especially the young lady with the braids fixing the food. I’ve been in Savannah for a month working and reviewing black owned restaurants. I will have to say I’m totally unimpressed. The Mac and cheese was missing the cheese. As you can tell it’s very dry. The Turkey wing was okay. The sweet potatoes…. something was missing along with sweetness. The oxtails has more fat than anything. I wish I could have left a better review however, this was very disappointing. Considering this meal was $35.80! I’d rather go elsewhere and get my moneys worth. I would not suggest this place to no one. Bless it.

5th time going the price is never the same

Mmmmmm they never disapoint... unless you procrastinate and go last minute bc BEBE !!!! that melt in your mouth good 'ol southern soul food goes faster than hot cakes and bet your bottom ain't gonna be no left overs

The food was awesome, the young ladies who waited on use was extremely nice, everyone was nice... we will be back

Traveled to Georgia for a friend. Looked this place up for lunch on the way back home. The food was AMAZING!!!! I had asked for hot sauce( you know just in case) DID NOT NEED IT! And the sweet tea was perfect. I haven't had good smothered chicken since before my daddy passed. I cried a little when I ate it. The service was great ppl very friendly and accommodating (I'm very picky) 10 out of 10. Cause I ate some of my husband's food too. Vegetarian options: Has a vegetable plate
