i don't understand all the 5 star reviews. terrible coffee.

I had a wonderful time at Sip Of Life, the team is really welcoming and smiling. I got myself the chicken pesto sandwich and one pepperoni danish , they were delicious, definitely a treat for the heart. The location is really cute nice and clean I highly and strongly recommend and suggest anyone to try that location Sil Of Life. I’ll come back guys. Thank you so much for everything Hafez. The owner is really nice too

2024: new ownership but same good coffee and pastries!! Matcha latte was smooth and not overly sweet, sandwich was really good also with house made bread 2023: I found this nice little place by chance and for some reasons google didn’t show it up when looking for a coffee place. Coffee is really good and on a good price. They come with this cute little chocolates also. Bought the carrot cake and it’s a really good homemade carrot cake, not overly sweet and just the right amount of spices. They also have sandwiches and pizzas, will try them next time.

Beautiful place, great staff and the coffee is amazing!

Livni just reopened under new ownership and I just happened to be in the neighbourhood. Lovely little cafe, with delicious pastries and baked goods. Reasonably priced too. I was pleasantly surprised to see "Ash" one of the best Cafe managers firmly from a cafe in North Burnaby who just started at Livni. Happy to see him!!

This place is lovely. I like to sit by the floor to ceiling window which provides lots of sunshine even in the winter. They also give cute little chocolates with their hot drinks, which is so sweet ☺️

Very nice coffee shop, coffee is coming with delish chocolate, comfortable and clean good to have quite time and owner is very kind! Highly recommended ☕️
