항상 잘 시켜먹던곳인데 오늘 서비스가 너무 기분나쁘네요. 오늘 투고 오더로 6시 픽업 주문을했고 가게에서 6시 45분 까지 가능하다고 해서 너무 늦을거같아 취소 해달라고 했어요. 그 때가 5시쯤 이었고요. 그런데 주문 받으시는 분이 손님을 잃는게 아깝다고 6시 반까지 꼭 해줄테니까 시켜달라는 거에요. 그렇게 말해줘서 감사해서 그냥 오더 했어요. 그런데 6시 20분에 픽업가니까 40분을 더 기다려야 한데요. 아니 그러면 애초에 제가 캔슬할때 받아들이셨으면 이런일이 안생기는거 아닌가요? 손님 시간낭비에 돈낭비까지 시켰잖아요 지금...적어도 그 사간까지 않되면 다시 저한테 전화하셔서 죄송한데 안될거 같다고 말을해줬어야 하는거 아닌가요? 픽업가니까 그때서야 7시에 픽업 가능하다고 하면 어쩌자는 거죠?오늘 서비스 너무 실망이고 짜증나내요.

I was really looking forward to trying this place but I was left really disappointed. I called to place an order and wanted a shrimp tempura roll which is cooked shrimp but their version includes raw crab. When I asked the person on the phone if they crab was raw, they said yes and i asked if they could leave it out. She proceeded to sigh and say Oh my god, are you serious? I told her I’m pregnant, is there a problem and then she was like ohhhh okayyyy, no problem then. I then told her to cancel the order. It felt really judge mental whether I’m pregnant or not, it’s not okay to treat a customer the way I was treated. Either state in your website/menu no modifications if that’s the case or make raw sushi only. She didn’t have to express her annoyance, she simply could have said no modifications and I could have chosen something else.
