The hanainese chicken is clearly the best dish they serve which is why it's so expensive. However the customer service is the worst. I've been here many times at PEAK lunch time. There's usually no one at the cashier to take the order and when I wave to get someone's attention, they pointed me to the QR code to order online. If this is going to be your system to place an order, I highly suggest investing in a kiosk or iPad for customers. Once your is completed, no one calls out the orders, so you're sitting waiting while your food gets warm.
I would not dine here again. Hainan chicken was mediocre, chewy, over cooked and on the dry side. Tastes like plain boiled chicken, not much flavor even with the sauce. This dish wasn’t a complete disaster but definitely not to be hyped about, I’ve had much better Hainan chicken elsewhere. However, the pawn noodle soup was a total disaster, wrong type of noodle, wrong type of soup, shrimp was cocktail shrimp, this was a complete waste of money.
Amazing experience. Go there.
It's good. Try the fries.
Bought a bobo chacha today and found a feeler of a shrimp inside. They should not pass for sanitation.
Singaporean marinated duck was quite a unique mix of flavors.
Had the Hainanese Chicken Rice for dinner takeout and was happy with the authentic taste. It came with an braised innards (adding some texture overall) and pickled veggie (quite spicy but a nice companion to the dish) on the side. The sauces was definitely a good addition! A bit on an expensive pricewise but overall worth it.
