I LUV SIMPLY SALAD‼️

I have been a consistent Simply Salad customer since 2017 (their delicious, build-your-own salads keep me coming back and they have an excellent app to use for orders), but I specifically wanted to mention the exceptional customer service that I experienced recently with Emilie. I ordered during the lunch rush and was unable to pick up my order (and had to pick it up several hours late). The next day (when I was picking up another order), Emilie stopped me, remembered my name and sitting order from the day before, and warmly asked if something went wrong (and inquired whether or not I needed a refund). That type of proactive customer service was wonderful to receive (and quite rare in the service industry these days). I now have yet another reason to keep coming back to Simply Salads (aside from the delicious dressings and greens)!

I found this place on the browser. What a great gem. The guy in the line is super friendly and helpful. My salad was awesome . Great prices.

Leaving this review in the hope that the restaurant sees it. Steak Out was my favorite salad. On the Uber Eats app, Simply Salad still recommends the Horseradish dressing, which was absolutely essential. They no longer offer this dressing as an option for their signature salad… Ranch does not do the trick. True crime happening here in Santa Monica.

Good option if you want to go for something healthy. Preselected salats but also customized ones possible. The salad was huge so I was not able to finish it in one sitting. :)

Ótima opção para quem quer comer saudável nos EUA. Eles tem várias opções de saladas e ainda é possível montar a sua. Preço bem ok para o lugar. Pagamos em torno de 10 dólares um bowl de salada muito bem servido.

These guys are the best! Amazing service; I've never had to wait and they couldn't be any nicer - memorized my order after a couple visits. Food quality is always fresh and the restaurant itself is extremely clean. Best salad in Santa Monica with the best service!
