Silver Springs Vineyards

Service very poor - this was my first time visiting, and I was so excited to arrive. I walked in laughing with a customer, and it went down hill from there. I waited without being acknowledged by 2 of their employees, then someone came in 5 min after me and was immediately serviced without a smile. Folks in TN are known for being some of the nicest people, today I met worse. I really enjoy supporting small family businesses, and I won’t stop. The owners need to train their employees better and make sure they are serving people with a smile. A new customer is a great customer you want to make feel at home so they come back. Maybe they don’t care that every dollar that comes in helps pay for someone’s salary. Very disappointing.

Love the food, wine and atmosphere. We usually get the trout which is delicious!

We came here and had lunch first, then we were going to do wine tasting. We were told no one was available, even though we just watched 3 ladies' wine tasting and then we were told we had to make an appointment. Not on the website or inside the winery says you have to make an appointment. We were there at 1:30 pm. We won't be back!

We sat outside, it was beautiful. The chicken parmesan is amazing.. His fish was ok. Wish they had sweeter wine's would have made the meal and night top notch

High level customer service and excellent food Michelle(owner) was so welcoming when we got there. Staff was great and attentive Also, we met George the owner friendly and hospitable. He also cooks the delicious brunch on Sunday Awsome brunch goody basket(biscuits, brownie, blueberry muffin, carrot cake bites, crossisant) We will be back, hopefully soon, and bring others. Plus now I found a close "go-to" date place for my beautiful wife(she already told me she wants to come back), that should keep in me out of the dog house, if for some silly reason I stumble in it(which is a rare event ) love you Hon
