Silva's Sports Bar & Grill

Great place to grab a bite .

Just paid $15 for a 22 oz bud light. Did not know I could basically get two 16 oz bud light for same price because it was happy hour. My server did not tell me another one did. I left early to get dinner and drinks somewhere else.

I so wanted to love this place. My son talked about a Brazilian Bbq in Long Beach that he absolutely loved. He thought Silva's would be similar, plus it is much closer (this was a Mother's day gift). He has great taste in food...I must have gone on a bad day. The meat was super salty, overcooked & really tough to chew. I have never had tough, chewy ribeye before eating here. And extra black pepper on everything, good steak doesn't need a lot of seasoning. Pricey for what they had to offer, and they were only giving bite size portions of meat and made it clear that you shouldn't ask for more. They told the customers in line in front of me to go eat what's on their plate, then they can get back in line to get more meat. Mind you they only had 2, less than an ounce pieces of meat on their plates (guess I should be thankful for that, considering what they were serving). I won't recommend this place to anyone, based on this experience. We will be going to Long Beach from now on. Silva's left a bad taste in my mouth. Taste of food and customer service.

If you want "happy hour" prices on appetizers like about twenty fries on a plate, or TWO taquitos then this is your place. I think the cook is starving because both appetizers looked like part was missing. Did not get free drink credited after mentioning it to bartender. Hint: Don't give this kind of service/experience to a former bartender of 10+ years.

We've been wanting a chance to go here for a while, and it was worth waiting for the NFL season opener. We just had appetizers, which were very good. We like sitting at the bar, and they made accommodations for us so we could watch 4 different games. I'm looking forward to going again.

Heard good music so ended up stopping and had some food and a drink service was great the workers are eye candy so don’t get in trouble fellas and music is was good. Now to my surprise food was pretty good I was expecting since it’s a bar that it wasn’t going to be great and to my surprise to was pretty good.
