Sierra Subs

Sadly, I can’t give you 5 STARS. Sandwich’s tasted FRESH and tasty , but the white bread was dry and flaky in areas and ok in other areas Got 2 sandwiches both were filled nicely. I don’t recall the names, one was Turkey with this amazing spicy jam and the other was Roast Beef& horseradish. They. are not skimpy. The staff looked clean and acted very professional and organized. The place was very busy with a soccer girls team, their leaders and parents, plus other patrons, still the place was well maintained. I Will definitely tell others and will definitely be my go to sandwich shop

Needed a quick bite to eat driving from Zephyr Cove to South Lake Tahoe. Pulled into a parking lot and saw Sierra Subs. The sandwich was delicious, quickly made, and the staff were extremely friendly. Three thumbs up!

Went there for lunch based on the rating. First off, the staff is cool and the place is clean. I give 2 stars because the rolls are stale. My wife, my daughter, and I all had different types of rolls with our sandwiches, and all 3 rolls were stale. It would have been a pretty good sandwich because they use high-quality cold cuts and cheese, and the veggies are fresh. For me personally, if the bread is stale, it kills the sandwich. I don't know if I came on a bad day, but it was a Friday after the 4th of July, so I would think their bread would be fresh because it should have been a busy week. Sandwiches are pretty pricey, so you may want to ask about the bread before you order.

Visited a Sierra Subs recently and ordered the Redwood sandwich. Loved the dedication to freshness as they cut the meat right when you order. The toasting added a delightful crunch. A flawless sandwich experience - I'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Fresh delicious subs on the go. Everyone who works there is super nice too. Always a nice experience.
