We did not eat inside we did take out. The food was great as always

I removed my 5 star review. I replaced it with 2 stars. We were steady customers & everyone knows us there. Unfortunately, we had arrived 3 minutes prior to them opening. We were treated very badly & not allowed to enter until 10 minutes later because they weren't prepared & ready to serve their customers. We weren't even allowed to sit at the bar. Extremly bad customer service. We won't be going there ever again. There are so many restaurants in the area that have great respect for their clients. If we sit at their restaurants a few minutes earlier we're never bullied out. They all have terrific customer service which Scillian Oven lacks. Our only regret is we should have left & gone elsewhere.

Never can understand how you offer these online services and not be able to reach out to a customer when they make an order for 2 hours and when I reach out get hung up on and ignored when I call in and then when they say would like to talk to a manager and then when you say yes and go on to tell me he’s busy and in a meeting at 730pm is completely unacceptable so I say fine give him my name and number to call back and am told he will never call you back is just sad. I’m typically not one to leave a review but the level of disrespect from the associates is sad when the food is usually good I will not return to a single one of these places if there staff is going to disrespect customers. Order was never completed and just blamed me as a customer for not know your store didn’t have an item offered online that I had ordered.

Had dinner with my husband and 3 friends. We started with a salad. Was beyond delicious. Had wings and 2 pizzas. Great food is an understatement. This restaurant deserves a 5++. The service was amazing. Wine fantastic. I'm from NY, I'm booking my flight to come back. A must experience. Love You, Sicilian Oven

The pizza was delicious so we ordered two. I really liked the modern look of the restaurant. And the service was great.
