Sicilian Oven

Usually love the food. This time, the large sicilian salad had dark some type of very dark green, very bitter lettuce. The manager on duty came over and told us it's the same they always serve, thus was not true. We hate to return food, but it was not edible, so it was returned. As we were leaving the table behind us, people were returning soup, so either kitchen staff or food changes End of story, another manager did reach back out and seemed very sincere. Hoping it was just a one-off anomaly. Every visit prior was excellent which is why we kept going back.

Do NOT order from this location, Lighthouse Point Location is a million years ahead in competence compared to this location. I called to place an order for ONE pizza, no extras just a simple pizza the way it comes, gave me a 20 min pick up time, I showed up to pick up when it wasn't ready, so she said the order was not put in but she'd do it then and in 5 min it'd be ready. Igo back in about 10-15min and she asks me if I'm there to pick up or eat it. I said, confused, here to pick up, remember, I was just here. AGAIN the order was not put in. I lost a good 30-40 min and no pizza. Management, please contact the LHP for training. It's unfortunate to see a place with great food and horrible service, no wonder there was no one at the restaurant.

Ive ordered here 100 times the same thing, all of a sudden they don’t do wings “all flats” and Victoria hung up on me twice before I could even get someone on the phone. They shouldn’t be so busy because it is a Wednesday night. Now after years of coming here and loving their wings, I can no longer enjoy them because I don’t like drums.

After my previous note a week ago, I got a message from the pizzeria manager offering a possibility to try another time the food and service. So we did. The same group went this Wednesday evening , April 10 and we chose a pizza which came warm and yummy. We thank Sicilian Oven for this and appreciate the consideration of the clients advise. Thank you.
