Siam Star Asian Express - Thai Authentic

This place has only been opened for 1 year. Walked past it before it was opened for lunch, so we Googled it, and it had really good reviews!! We highly recommend this restaurant!! The food was very good!! And the hospitality was just as good!! We will be back to this location again in the future!! Very good!

A rare jewel. Every bite was accompanied by a sweet low sigh of culinary pleasure. Mmmmm….. A wonderful couple cooking for others. Handed down recipes and traditions. Yum. Thank you! A most wonderfully delicious lunch. We are looking forward to a bigger location so we may visit more and bring hungry friends ❤️

It took one bite and I knew I had found a gem. Honestly, I would visit this place every day if I could. Please try the Crusty Crab ,Egg rolls and Boat Noodle. Omg!!! Delicious. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Best Thai takeout in Carmel! I can’t remember the last time I have encountered customer service that was this good! James and his wife are the owners and they were so knowledgeable and lovely to talk to. I am vegetarian and it is hard to find Pad Kee Mao that doesn’t contain fish sauce. James told me about how they make all their own sauces, highly recommend their Pad Kee Mao for any vegetarians, it was so good! Also got the macaroons and they were delicious!

When I drive 4 hours from Michigan to Indiana this is a must stop for sure! The owner is the nicest man and cares about his food and his customers. Everything is fresh, made with amazing presentation and an unmatched quality with taste.

This restaurant definitely needs to be on everyone's list! The owner James made me feel so welcome in his restaurant and genuinely cares about the quality of the food he serves. He went over his menu and answered any questions about the dishes. The food was spot on and a great value, especially at lunch. Everything was fresh and there are a number of specials that are made in house and only available at this restaurant (crusty crab, curry puff, etc.) If you're passing through, do yourself a favor and stop by Siam Star and you will not be disappointed. Wonderful experience at Siam Star! James greeted us and truly gave us the most genuine experience. His passion for his dishes and restaurant shines through. He took the time to show us all the variety of options and asked us our preferences to find the optimal dish. I got the Pad thai and crusty crab, both were delicious and so incredibly fresh. Would 1000% recommend this great place and cannot wait to come back!
