Terrible food cold and was mostly grease food arrived wet and dripping honestly disgusting

livid wa on earth is this place l orded food at 4:45 and here i am at 6:47 still waiting for it absolutel joke came to 32 pound out of my hard working money trust me DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOOD PLACE, rang the man he keeps telling me my order is on its way won’t contact the driver and didint anseer the first 15 phone calls absolutely disgraceful. REFUND ?

Do not order!!!! Food was cold, chicken was undercooked. Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs.

I just give order from just eat when I receive order just make me laugh The worst Waffle I've ever eaten in my life, it's not fresh as a rock, it's awful, I wouldn't recommend it

The worst quality of food I’ve had in a long time. Don’t usually leave reviews but this needed one proper horrible! Hot wings not even seasoned with salt and pepper never mind spices!!

Worst ever. Order was late so called up and they didn’t know the name of the shop I’d ordered from?? Then the food came kebab disgusting burger was vile cold and waffles thin and burnt rock hard horrible wouldn’t get here again waste of money!!

Ordered a beef burger and a waffle, delivery was very late, and Uber eats displayed that the delivery was handled by Shuga Shuga and to call them. The person on the phone rudely kept repeating that I had to call Uber eats which isn’t even an option. Food ended up coming really late and they had clearly forgotten it wasn’t a cheese burger and scraped the cheese off at the last second, leaving a fair bit of it on the burger. Food had sweat in the plastic bag, and it was stone cold. Very very rarely leave negative reviews but this was horrendous.

The first time i ordered here the delivery driver called when my delivery was late to tell me that he tried to call me several times when I had no missed calls at all, so I apologised shrugged and let it be and ordered elsewhere, but after looking at the reviews today i realise he is lieing, last night they Left my food outside in the cold without Informing me so the food was inedible and got my order wrong, don't ever order from here.
