Great service I came party of 5 , I love it especially how they have a service that you can connect your phone to play what ever song you could even think of . Most places don’t have that , the are quite polite and give excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend

I'm guessing the only reason this place has so many 5 star reviews is that they have a notice in their bathrooms saying if you rate them 5 stars and show them the review, you'll get something complimentary. Because there is no way this is a 5-star establishment. 1) You have to use YouTube to play music. Why are we paying a premium for karaoke when we're literally finding songs on YouTube? 2) The sound quality of the mics are not good. Cheap and very quiet. And I'm a loud girl. I just ditched the mics and started singing without them. 2) Food is expensive for its cheap quality. Their mozzarella sticks were weirdly powdery and gritty, like they were freezer-burned. A fruit platter was $34 for some grapes and watermelon. 3) We were told we couldn't get more plates for our food because the upstairs restaurant took it. What? So some of our party ended up sharing their plates with others. 4) This skinny guy working there was a bit rude. He was on his phone and didn't seem to care to answer my questions. The only reason why I'm not giving it 1-star is because there is plenty of parking, the service was decent, and the design of the place is neat. The place needs maintenance, though. It's a little dirty and rundown.

BEST PLACE EVER BIRTHDAY SPOT FOR SURE

Was there Saturday before Halloween. Had a Blast. Girls were dressed up nice, and the guy at the front was very accommodating. Lot's of indulgent fun.

Great spot for karaoke.
