The guy at the door told us to sit wherever we want outside...but after more than 10 min still no one came to take our order....
The first place where I had ramen and some years later it's still my favourite. I am very lucky to work nearby so I can enjoy their ramen for lunch. I always look forward to the visit.
My favourite ramen in town! This location is slightly larger than other Shoryu locations and the staff is always very friendly, and the place is very clean. I always recommend the chicken katsu curry ramen.
We ordered the classic Shoryu Ganso Tonkotsu ramen, Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu ramen and Miso Tonkotsu ramen. We also ordered some Spicy Takoyaki and Goma Kyuri Cucumber which went perfect with the ramen. The broth for all 3 were so different but so rich in flavour and taste. The ramen noodles were nice and chewy and complimented the soup very well. Takoyaki was also very delicious - loved the sauce! Would definitely come back again.
The ramen is really good, would especially recommend the tonkotsu- the broth is very rich and the three times I went the pork was always very juicy and soft. The food tends to arrive very quickly and the waiters are really friendly and always ask about allergies and dietary restrictions!
To be honest I love ramen, any type of noodles in broth or by itself its one of my favorite dishes. But in Shoryu Ramen I was so disappointed - starting with the service - it was after 9 pm the waitress was either tired or it wasn’t her day/night. My order came but it wasn’t what I order. I had to wait additional 10-15 minutes. After it arrived it tasted weird. Maybe the cook was also tired.
Probably the best ramen I had in London! It was very cozy in there and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. And the gong is such a funny gimmick. When I’m in London again I will definitely return!
Good ramen at Broadgate Circle, perfect for a quick lunch. Good service. I took the lunch menu option for 19£, which included a drink, a small first course (edamame or bun), and ramen: I went with the signature ramen, which was tasty but I can't give 5 stars because the pork, despite being in the broth, was cold as if it was just taken out of the fridge and put it there. It's easily reached via Liverpool Street station. It gets pretty busy over lunch.
